卡斷剪

一、 設備用途

卡斷剪位于預精軋機組和精軋機組入口處，用于在軋制過程中發生事故時緊急切斷並阻止來料進入預精軋和精軋機，以保護軋機設備。

二、主要技術性能

剪切鋼種：                   普碳鋼、低合金鋼

剪切溫度：                   ＞950℃

剪切用氣缸：                 φ100/φ32×240

氣缸工作壓力：               0.4～0.6MPa　

三、設備組成和結構特點

卡斷剪由底座、剪切本體、氣缸等組成，剪機爲氣動控制的雙刃卡斷剪，一把刀在軋件上方，另一把刀在軋件下方。當出現事故時，氣缸動作，通過連杆機構驅動上、下連杆使剪刃閉合，兩個剪刃同時與運行着的軋件接觸，通過軋件運行將其拉斷。卡斷剪底座爲焊接結構。

四、潤滑、壓縮空氣

卡斷剪剪刀架軸處采用含油軸承，其余采用手動幹油潤滑，定期給油。

卡斷剪氣缸用壓縮空氣由車間統一供給，壓縮空氣的壓力爲0.4～0.6Mp。

The function of the gripping shear

The gripping shear is located in the entrance of the pre-finishing mill and finishing mill, it is used to protect the pre-finishing mill and finishing mill by cutting off the rolled piece and stop further feeding into the mill once there is an operation failure.

Main technical performance

Equipment composition and structural characteristics

The gripping shear is composed of support base, main machine of cutting and cylinder, cutting machine is two spindle stuck shear that controlled by pneumatic, one is on top of rolling parts and the other is under the rolling parts, when accident occurs, cylinder moved through the closed sword by promote upper and lower connecting rod, these two swords connected with the moving rolling part and cut down it.

The support base of gripping shear is weld structure.

Lubrication and air compression:

The frame axis of gripping shear adapt oil bearing, the others used manual glycerol lubrication to offer the oil regularly.

The compressed air used in cylinder of the gripping shear is supplied by workshop, the pressure is 0.4～0.6Mpa.
